With more than 15 years as Industrial Participation Manager in the defence sector I focus on leveraging my expertise in communication, offsets, and industrial participation to navigate and implement Canada’s complex Industrial and Technological Benefits policy. My role includes developing and executing strategic Industrial Regional Benefits (IRBs) and Industrial Technological Benefits (ITBs) plans while fostering partnerships between industry, government, and academia.

Having cultivated relationships with federal agencies, prime contractors, and tier one suppliers, I strive to facilitate technology matching and advance Canadian content credits. Through my career in industrial participation, I have supported impactful projects across diverse sectors, aligning stakeholders to meet compliance requirements and maximize economic benefits for Canada.
