The Document Library provides IPAC members with access to a centralized collection of internal documents, organized by committee and shared across the member community.

Documents are grouped by committee to reflect the structure of IPAC’s working groups and areas of focus. Each committee section contains materials relevant to its activities, allowing members to easily locate documents specific to their involvement or interests.

In addition to committee-specific content, the Document Library also includes a General Shared section. This area contains documents that are relevant to all members, regardless of committee affiliation, and serves as a common space for broadly applicable materials.

To make navigation easier, documents can be searched using keywords and filtered using tags. Tags help identify topics, themes, or document types, enabling members to quickly find relevant files across different committees and sections.

The search functionality allows members to locate documents by title, description, or associated file information, providing a fast and efficient way to access specific content within the library.

Access to documents is managed based on membership and committee participation. While general shared documents are available to all members, committee-specific materials may be limited to members of the respective committees.

The Document Library is designed to support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and easy access to important internal resources within the IPAC community.
